Lock plates OLDA LP

Function:

A lock plate is used together with flush bolts, to protect the frame or sill/floor, when the bolt activates.

The lock plate also optimizes the function of the flush bolt by ensuring secure bolting.

Features:

Lock plate OLDA LP 8 is 14 mm deep and 2 mm thick. Manufactured in steel. Coating: electro zinc plating.

Lock plate OLDA LP 10 is 35.6 mm deep and 1 mm thick. Manufactured in steel. Coating: electro zinc plating.

Lock plate OLDA LP 20 is 25 mm deep and 2 mm thick. Manufactured in steel. Coating: electro zinc plating.

Lock plate OLDA LP 30 is 40 mm deep and 2 mm thick. Manufactured in steel. Coating: electro zinc plating.

Usage:

LP 8 is developed for bolt Ø8 mm and is best suited for wooden doors and especially for flush bolts with lesser backset, for example 34 HZA-DS and 36 HZM-DS.

LP 10 is developed for bolt Ø10 and Ø12 mm and is best suited for wooden doors and in door sets with narrow air gap between the door leafs.

LP 20 is developed for automatic flush bolt OLDA 26 HZA.

LP 30 is developed for semi automatic flush bolt OLDA 35 HZS which has a 15×17 mm bolt. Because the semi-automatic bolt must slide on the plate until it reaches the 18 mm square hole, LP 30 can be turned in four different directions and hence be installed 8, 10, 12 or 14 mm from the edge.

Installation:

OLDA LP is fitted in the frame or sill/floor. LP 8 can also be fitted on door leaf as guide plate.

LP 8 is fastened with two screws.

LP 10 is fastened with four screws.

LP 20 is fastened with two screws.

LP 30 is fastened with four screws.
