Semi automatic, single action flush bolt for bolting of passive door leaf in double doors.<\/p>\n
OLDA 35 HZS is bolted automatically when the passive door leaf closes but is unbolted manually. Forend width is 18 mm and the bolt is 15 x 17 mm.<\/p>\n
Same dimensions as automatic flush bolts OLDA 34 HZA and OLDA 37 HZA.<\/p>\n
One recommended combination – to achieve two bolting points in the door – is to fit 35 HZS at the top and 34 HZA at the bottom of the door leaf.<\/em><\/p>\n Manufactured in steel. Coating: electro zinc plating.<\/p>\n To be recessed into doors of wood, steel or aluminium profiles without joint edges.<\/p>\n The bolt on 35 HZS is in its normal state projected to its full height. This leads to that the product, normally, only is recommended to be installed at the top in the edge of passive door leaves, also rebated.<\/p>\n At activation, when the passive door leaf closes, the bevelled bolt slides against the bottom of the lock plate and is retracted into the flush bolt, until the bolt reaches the hole in the lock plate and is projected again, at which point the bolting is complete. The unbolting is then made manually by using the finger grip.<\/p>\n If 35 HZS is to be fitted at the bottom, it must be ensured that the projected bolt does not collide with floor or sill etc.<\/em><\/p>\n OLDA 35 HZS is fitted recessed in the edge of the door, with cut-out (flush) or without cut-out for the forend<\/span>.<\/p>\n Fixed with four screws.<\/p>\n OLDA type 1<\/strong><\/a> semi automatic flush bolt is fitted upper right in passive door leaf.<\/em><\/p>\n OLDA type 2<\/strong><\/a> semi automatic flush bolt is fitted upper left in passive door leaf. Lock plate LP 30 is developed for 35 HZS and can be turned (8, 10, 12 or 14 mm distance) to make it reach the edge and hence also work as a strike plate.<\/p>\n note.
